WELCOME TO ETICO FOOD!

Located a few minutes walk from PIAZZALE FLAMINIO/Piazza Del Popolo

The restaurant includes an outdoor area with an adjoining garden, perfect for spring and summer, and a welcoming entrance with relaxing armchairs and an Artisan bar, where you can enjoy a drink or an aperitif.

Etico Food was born, as was Albergo Etico Rome, from the idea of giving a job and social integration opportunity to non-able-bodied people, who work side by side with professionals in the sector.

In our restaurant, we prefer basic ingredients prepared by other communities and social cooperatives, which help socially disadvantaged people to integrate through agriculture and trade.

Our chef, Paolo Marigliano, offers seasonal menus prepared with great attention, attention to quality and imagination. The choice of products and basic ingredients used (fresh, where possible organic and local), guarantees customer satisfaction.

Our staff will envelop you with their joy, enthusiasm and a great desire to do. The passion that the staff pour into this work is immense and the sympathy that comes out of it is unique and contagious! Seeing is believing

Cosy Comfy Tea Room

Come join us in our Tea room from 9-18 where you can enjoy a tea, or a coffee accompanied by artisanal biscuits and homemade cakes.

FROM OUR CHEF

Chef Paolo Marigliano, born in Naples in the 70’s. He immediately began his adventure in catering as a cooking assistant, learning the basics of Mediterranean cuisine and supporting the organization of the restaurant in the management of events and banquets.

His talent is mentioned by authoritative guides such as Espresso and Veronelli and by sector magazines, such as the Madia.

During his career he became Chef at the “Art Deco” of the Best Western chain, and later at the Caravel hotel.

His cuisine, simple and genuine, linked to our traditions and origins are his passions and strengths.

For EticoFood the choice of partners is a fundamental question. We joined some cooperatives and realities, which, like us, have a project for the social integration of workers socially disadvantaged or that respect ecological and economic sustainability parameters.

Now we collaborate permanently with Economia Carceraria , AliceNova and Semina e Ethicatering brand . Too Good to Go!
